Cuerpos inundados: la gramática del conflicto en las inundaciones del 2003 en Santa Fe

Resumen

El trabajo presenta una interpretación de las acciones colectivas que se producen luego de las inundaciones del 29 de abril de 2003 en la ciudad de Santa Fe, Argentina. Se expone un análisis de las formas que asume la protesta del movimiento de inundados que se gestó en ese mismo año. Observamos la gramática de la acción, los repertorios de acción y los recursos expresivos utilizados por los colectivos. La perspectiva asumida intenta dar cuenta de las relaciones que se producen entre cuerpo, conflicto y clases sociales. En este punto se indaga la transformación en la vida cotidiana de los inundados a partir de su participación en los colectivos que protestan, enfatizando en las trayectorias individuales y colectivas que dan cuenta del impacto que tiene la acción colectiva sobre los individuos. Por otro lado, se buscan las conexiones con las redes de conflictos preexistentes y se intenta poner en perspectiva la protesta estudiada con las formas de estructuración del capital y las relaciones sociales en el marco latinoamericano. Title: Flooded bodies: the grammar of the conflict in the 2003 floods in Santa Fe Abstract: The paper advances an interpretation of the collective actions that took place after the floods of April 29, 2003 in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina. It presents an analysis of the public protest forms carried out by the “flood victims” movement that grew that same year. We analyze the grammar of action, action repertoires and expressive resources used by social groups. The perspective we have adopted tries to account for the relationships that occur among body, conflict and social classes. At this point, it examines the transformation in the “flood victims” daily life, starting from their participation in collective protests, emphasizing the individual and collective trajectories that account for the impact of collective action on individuals. On the other hand, it searches for connections with networks of pre-existing conflicts and it attempts to put the studied protest into perspective together with the forms of capital structuring and social relations in the Latin American context.
